Start - Basic management

Reservation management

€99 per month + 10% commission
Includes:

  • Setting up/linking of PMS or Channel Manager.
  • Managing reservations through OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
  • Pricing strategy and seasonal planning
  • Ongoing optimization of ads
  • (Automatic) communication with guests
  • Current calendar via Channel Manager
  • Monthly reporting with occupancy, revenue and channel performance

    Optional:
  • Website with direct booking option - from €350
  • Administration for accountant - €25 p/m

Full Service Property Management

€150 per month + 20% commission

The Reservation Management Package, plus:

  • Coordination of cleaning and maintenance
  • Procurement of utilities (gas, coffee, toiletries, etc.)
  • Pre-checkin: checking cleanliness, stock and operation of equipment
  • Guest reception and key exchange
  • Check-out and visual inspection
  • Emergency line and communication during the stay
  • Monthly reporting with details and guest feedback
